移动核电站其实用途很广，在中国也可以为南海海岛建设或者某些海上平台提供应急供电，是现在中国开发南海的一大助力，更重要的是现在这种大型船用反应堆技术的研究能给未来造大型核动力航母铺路，中国的海上核电站建成之时也就是中国核动力航母开工之日了
