大大发表的花样N多的只不过有几点小建议供大家参考:一 酵母最好先化开并与其它材分开并分别加入面粉内以免其被干死二 加点油可防止淀粉老化而更柔软三 可加少量盐一可调味二又可防杂菌另外第一项银丝卷为大银丝卷其它还有两式螺丝形、宝塔形两种小银丝卷可惜我不会贴图不然我可告更详细大家参详大都在餐馆看得到(如上海馆)
