不像铁板烧,还是用锅子煎的。慢慢的煎出来的。牛肉应该味道更好点,有空试试。9q-r.X:q xB
随便试试鸡肉其他的什么。一起尝尝:s_22:

如果腌肉的时候放上一些洋葱圈,还有蛋清和少许淀粉,作出来的味道就更好了,颜色也亮丽,口感也会更嫩滑。
