1.鸡翅洗净后,用刀两面划口,均匀抹盐,加料酒拌匀,腌1小时

2.鸡翅洗净滤水后,两面均匀涂抹叉烧酱,再在面上刷油,然后将鸡翅摆在烤架上,放入烤箱,调至烧烤挡,烤15分钟,注意乘放烤架的烤盘要垫锡箔纸

确实和一般的烤翅颜色不一样,比较鲜艳,叉烧酱的味道和颜色起到了决定性的作用!
