缠蹄儿
[align=center][size=4]这菜是母亲每年冬天(春节)必做的 -- 缠蹄儿。从小耳闻目睹,我也可以弄出来糊弄人。记得头一次做给俺那口子吃,人家来了一句 “肉卷,好吃”。后来俩儿子吃的时候也是这么叫的 -- 这世世代代都叫”缠蹄儿”的东西,到了我这里就改“肉卷”了,惭愧呀!@gj ^;]x8Vl
