清脆虾鬆

材料 :中虾20只(去头壳,剔肠切丁),皇帝蟹碎肉,肥瞟少许切细丁,鲜香菇切丁,蘑菇切丁,笋丁,葱花,乳白菜叶切段,甜茄椒一个切成盏状,粉丝一小把入油锅炸至膨胀酥脆,压碎。

调味料 :生抽半大匙,蠔油一茶匙,白胡椒粉/味精/盐少许,料酒一茶匙。
