紫苏香煎鸭胸
材料:鸭胸肉(两块),紫苏,姜片,KL

1:把鸭胸用盐,糖,酱油,老抽,鸡粉,生粉腌半天&A~G}}(Z

2:下油锅炒一下姜片,连腌汁一起倒入锅内(姜片垫底,肉的一面向下)慢火煮至鸭胸内的汁流出(不用翻动)c3UZ/UMe/{u

3:用不粘锅下油,把煮过的鸭胸煎,两边轮流煎(慢火)每边煎的时间是一分钟左右,

5:把鸭胸盛起,把紫苏切碎,下于煎鸭胸的锅内炒香,打芡汁(水+生粉),煮成糊状hQ"d*c!p r
