配料:明虾、鸡爪、金针菇.娃娃菜.豆芽.土豆、千张丝、葱、姜、蒜、胡椒粉、精盐、料酒、白糖、麻辣鲜、鸡精,郫县豆瓣酱等

做法:1-将鸡爪洗净,放入电饭煲中加上水,料酒,葱打结,姜.盐,煮一刻钟左右再把土豆.娃娃菜.豆芽.千张丝.金针菇.郫县豆瓣酱一起放入,煮透

3-油五成热,放入郫县豆瓣酱.姜末.蒜末煸香,入虾,加点胡椒粉,盐.炒熟了加鸡精葱段.盛出备用
