香辣锅踏血奶豆腐

辅料;黑木耳、杏鲍菇、火腿肠 3样匀切片备用。4k|5gs8_#O5JaMm
调料;干辣椒节少许、姜片、大蒜片、盐、蚝油。少许水淀粉、干淀粉、鸡蛋一个。

操作;将切好的血奶豆腐逐一在干淀粉里裹一层再在鸡蛋液裹一下放入热油锅里炸两面金黄起锅备用,另一热油锅下干辣椒节少许、姜片、大蒜片爆香下入辅料翻炒倒入一小碗高汤或水,再放入少许盐、蚝油调匀,放入炸好的血奶豆腐一起焖制一会勾入少许薄水淀粉翻匀(小心一点以免翻烂了豆腐不好看)起锅装盘。
