懒人粥品简单做
号称“铜墙铁壁”的偶滴胃现在年久失修 ,周五的时候去茶餐厅吃饭,只好点个粥喝~~

鸡胸肉切丝,偶想反正肉肉烧了是会缩掉的,就瞎切切,不是很细的
