不用麻烦做锅汤,买火锅底料用姜,蒜,大葱炒香加水就好了.

菠菜里含有草酸，豆腐里面钙质居多，两者结合产生草酸钙，对健康不好，当然，这都是营养学家说的，到底是不是，谁也不知道。话说楼主你吃的好全啊，这么多样东西。而且，你不在国内吧？猜测你旅居国外，不知道是否正确啊？
