海鲜烧豆腐
主料;豆腐

做法;1,将豆腐切块,焯水.

2,肉片用少许淀粉淹一下.锅内加油放入肉片煸炒变色后放葱姜蒜炒出香味后加料酒和酱油还有少许的糖.再放入豆腐.然后加汤炖5-10分钟再依次放入鱼丸,鲜虾再炖3分钟.加盐尝味,最后放入蛏子,鱿鱼和蟹足棒.1|[4M&]5p M@:?}

嘌呤高了点,对胖的人可不适合。我看还是烧谈水鱼好。
