1.五花肉放入水中煮10分钟,滤干切片备用;蒜苗拍扁,斜切段备用

2.多余肥肉熬油,滤去渣渣后再加调和油(混合油炒菜更香),倒入五花肉片,翻炒2分钟后倒入蒜苗,继续翻炒2分钟后,加入半袋川老汇回偶锅肉豆瓣(多了咸),翻炒后加点糖、鸡精

正宗的回锅肉要用就用陴县豆瓣酱,还有最重要的东西-豆豉 Zc8hC*?a"v|
